Exhibitor’s information

Oslo Pin Club repeats the great success from last year arranging a Winter Olympic Collector’s Fair in Hamar Olympic Hall, Vikingskipet, at Hamar in Norway, in accordance with IOC.

How to rent a stand

You may rent a stand / table and become an exhibitor.

Oslo Pin Club has approx. 36 tables available, maximum one table pr person.

If there will be extra tables, they will be divided by a draw among those who want more tables.

The price per table is not fixed yet. We come back to that.

The size of the table/stand will probably be 180 cm x 80 cm.

The tables are placed along a wall, and it is possible to use the wall to display objects.

Those who want to rent a stand, must contact Oslo Pin Club as soon as possible,

preferably by e-mail to ”president@oslopinclub.org”

or by phone to the president of the club, Gunnar Rolland, number +47 95 94 30 32.

 .

Please order your tabels today, by e-mail or telephone, as we expect all tables to be sold out before the fair starts.

Busy days / great audience

There will be busy days on Saturday and Sunday. Normally, around 5,000 people come each day to the very popular antique- and second-hand market which is arranged every year in spring and late autumn.

Where else can you as an exhibitor have the pleasure of meeting so many collectors in a district that has been a Olympic host and where the collector interest has been so strong.

Market especially for the exhibitors on Friday

Exhibitors may arrive at Hamar Olympic Hall, Vikingskipet, already on Friday, from early morning, to prepare their stand.

From 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. there will be exhibitors-only market. Here you may exchange, buy and sell, be social and get contacts.

Pins

For the Fair there will be produced three numbered pins:

- Big pin in golden value, for sale only to the exhibitors, only one to each stand.

- Big pin in silver value, for sale to the public.

- Little pin in golden value, for sale to the public.

Dinner for the exhibitors,

will be arranged on Saturday evening, and we will come back to time, place and price.

When you write to order a stand, please tell us if you should want to take part in the dinner arrangement. This is a good chance to be social and get good contacts.
